The successful coating of tile roofs a year earlier built trust in the company. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>As Oy J\u00e4rvenp\u00e4\u00e4n Alankotie 29, consisting of four apartments, comprises two residential buildings and three outbuildings. The exterior cladding of the housing company, completed in 2004, was gradually in need of exterior painting. The old paint layer was still in good enough condition that most of it didn&#8217;t need to be scraped off.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Last year&#8217;s work built trust<\/h2>\n\n<p>V\u00e4riset performed tile roof cleaning and coating for the same housing company a year earlier. <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;The job went well, so based on that, V\u00e4riset was definitely among those receiving a quote request,&#8221; says <strong>Seppo Vihervaara<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;Last year&#8217;s experience was so good, and the quote for painting the wooden surfaces was such that there was no need to change contractors based on that.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Special praise for communication<\/h2>\n\n<p>The painting work was carried out in June by four V\u00e4riset painters.
