The exterior painting was arranged on a quick schedule by V\u00e4riset&#8217;s painters in August 2023.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"video-embed-wrapper\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Ry7EvQ-o7PE?feature=oembed\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Historic area<\/h2>\n\n<p>&#8220;We have lived here for 20 years. This is in the Pirkkola single-family home area, which is protected, a very historically significant area.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p>Tapani Oksanen&#8217;s detached house in Pirkkola, Helsinki&#8217;s Maunula, is one of the wooden houses built in the 1940s, originally constructed to house Karelian evacuees. <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;12\u201313 years ago, a fairly major siding renovation was done here, the exterior boarding was completely replaced. Now there was a clear need for maintenance painting and also mold removal, because for one reason or another, mold appeared heavily on the surface.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neighborhood experiences with V\u00e4riset convinced us<\/h2>\n\n<p>&#8220;We have a very active community on social media, and I asked other residents what kind of experiences they had with different painting companies. V\u00e4riset was one of the few that had extremely positive experiences.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p>Although the Oksanens prepared for the painting project to be postponed until next spring, the exterior painting succeeded very soon. <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;We had such good luck that V\u00e4riset had available on a very quick schedule an extremely energetic and productive crew, and we got the work started a week after ordering.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fast-paced work, excellent results<\/h2>\n\n<p>&#8220;The work was done in four days, it was really fast-paced, but at the same time you could see that there was good professional skill and the quality remained excellent.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p>The house received a new coat of paint with Tikkurila Ultra Classic. <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;Based on this experience, I can definitely recommend them.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>We warmly thank the Oksanens for their trust and the wonderful painting project.
