Nestled in a green environment, the cooperative consists of two semi-detached houses, one detached house, and a carport. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Since the turn of the millennium, the cooperative had been washing and maintaining the roof condition independently. In the summer of 2023, the tile roof needed more thorough treatment. <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;Now the condition was such that it had to be serviced,&#8221; says the cooperative&#8217;s representative <strong>Harri Helenius<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Finding the Contractor Through Recommendations<\/h2>\n\n<p>V\u00e4riset became the contractor for the project.<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;We searched for companies in the area and asked nearby cooperatives if anyone was familiar with V\u00e4riset. We found good experiences. The price was right too, and the quote was the best.&#8221;  <\/p>\n\n<p>V\u00e4riset&#8217;s roof painters completed the tile roof coating with two roof painters. Damaged ridge tiles were replaced, the roof was cleaned with a pressure washer, and finally coated to like-new condition. <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;You can&#8217;t always control the weather, but the work went smoothly. They were really pleasant workers.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Like Night and Day<\/h2>\n\n<p>The result has been pleasing. The old, faded tile roof received a visually appealing and home-protecting surface. <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;The difference is like night and day.
