In Finland, painting a house and maintaining roofs is quite exceptional. On a global scale, we live in completely exceptional conditions. Autumn, winter, spring, and summer. Winds, rains, snow, frost, and the northern sun cycle set their own unique limits and framework for buildings, both facades and roofs. That's precisely why we use paints designed for the world's most demanding conditions.

That's why we follow the L7 quality code.

1. We identify the property's characteristics in advance with professional eyes and laser measurement precision.
2. We respect natural conditions. We take weather into account and work professionally without risking value.
3. We use a time range model (weather conditions' impact) and always work according to the agreed schedule.
4. We communicate before, during, and after according to our quality code.
5. You receive an L7 quality certificate, which is worth keeping for the day when, for example, the property goes up for sale. Value makes a difference. The work we do includes a 3+2 year warranty.
6. Our painters are our company's most important employees, the primary chain of everything we do. All our painters complete L7 quality training. Our site management is guided by safety, precision, and a value-creation mindset.
7. We recycle and protect. All waste generated from the work is recycled properly, and for example, roof moss ends up in heating plants. Paint residues are collected for hazardous waste disposal by us. (For example, most of the moss from roofs goes to bio-heating plants. All excess paints are delivered for hazardous waste disposal, plastics and metals are recycled.)

Plus, we have a surprise.

Any painting project, even a smaller one, creates stress for the customer. Stress decreases when you increase anticipation and communication.
