How does Väriset carry out exterior painting for housing cooperatives?

How is the painting project carried out if it rains?

Finnish summers vary greatly. One summer can be cold and rainy, another dry and warm. The actual painting work must be carried out in dry weather, but exterior painting or roof coating involves many other work stages besides just surface painting. Washing and preparation work can be done even when it rains. Additionally, painting can be done in light rain, for example under canopies. Exterior painting projects have always been completed even during rainy summers. In those cases, dry days must be used especially efficiently.

Exterior painting and roof coating are summer projects, but if your housing association wants to carry out the project in early summer, it's advisable to send out the request for quotation in the fall. Early summer and spring slots are usually fully booked during the fall. However, from the perspective of the painting work's final result, it doesn't really matter whether the project is carried out in May or August. If the request for quotation is submitted in spring or early summer, Väriset usually still has available resources for late summer.
