Light annual maintenance is carried out by blowing debris off the roof, emptying the gutters, replacing broken tiles, and making small repairs as needed.
The most important step in tile roof coating is washing all loose moss and dirt off the roof with an effective pressure washer. After this, a growth inhibitor is applied to the roof, which absorbs into the tile, destroying vegetation roots, for example. When suitable weather permits, we coat your roof twice with a high-pressure sprayer. We carefully edge the borders and challenging spots with a brush and roller. Then we clean up our mess and admire the result together.
Metal roof painting is more precise work than tile roof coating, and the main difference is the demanding nature of the preparation work. Rust must be removed mechanically, cleaning agents must not remain under the paint surface, and dirt often requires hot water to come loose.
