Väriset listened to the customer and met the need

Heikki Hartikainen had Väriset Oy coat his tile roof. The renovation included roof cleaning and coating as well as inspection and painting of the fascia boards, along with other minor painting work. Heikki chose a company that could provide a complete package suited to his needs.

The Hartikainen family moved into their detached house in Nöykkiö, Espoo, when it was completed in 1995. Heikki has cleaned moss from the roof himself over the years, but otherwise the roof was in its original condition before the renovation.

– We noticed that the roof was starting to need maintenance. A neighbor had a similar renovation done earlier, after which we realized that coating a tile roof extends its lifespan.

– They could provide everything we wanted. There was roof cleaning and coating to be done here, but also carpentry and painting. They were immediately ready to quote for everything.

– Perhaps the other deciding factor was customer service. Their service was knowledgeable and pleasant. I appreciate when a salesperson understands what it’s all about, Heikki says.

Heikki is satisfied with Väriset Oy’s work and execution. Despite the rainy summer, the painting schedules were adjusted and the renovation work was completed. According to Heikki, the result was good and neat.

– Things went really well. The rainy summer caused some minor schedule adjustments, but when they started working, they worked efficiently and quickly!

– Väriset Oy’s overall performance was professional. When the job was done and the workers left, you could only see the result—there was no sign that renovation work had been done here. The homeowner didn’t have any cleaning to do. What was agreed upon was done.

– It’s much nicer to walk around the house when the fascia boards and other areas look neat. And if this house goes on the market in the coming years, it will have a positive impact that everything is in good condition.
