In a challenging economic and employment situation, some are swimming against the current. Väriset is investing in new regions and bringing a new business model to these areas, ensuring high-quality and competitive painting services for local residents and property owners. Väriset employs local painters and other industry professionals in the new regions. The business model gives customers the cost-efficiency of a small company combined with the expertise and security of a large company.
Specializing in exterior painting, Väriset has completed over 8,000 projects during its 13-year history and employs over 200 painters during peak season in Uusimaa, Pirkanmaa, and Southwest Finland. The rest of Finland is the next exciting step in Väriset’s story.
“The expansion into new regions is being implemented with a new business model that combines local presence with Väriset’s reputable and customer-valued established concept. We operate with a lean and straightforward organizational structure, which keeps costs in check and enables quality service at a competitive price,” says Aatos Peura, Regional Manager of Väriset’s new subsidiary.
Väriset offers facade and roof painting as well as maintenance services. The company has a strong position particularly in single-family home painting, but demand for larger projects is constantly growing. “Our customers get the expertise and reliability of a large operator, but with the agility of a locally operating company,” says Verneri Tuomikoski, who has worked at Väriset for over ten years. Tuomikoski serves as Aatos Peura’s partner in the new company.
“At the heart of the new business model is the ordinary Finnish home or property owner who wants to take care of their building’s exterior surfaces. I’m excited that the plans are now moving into practice! We’re setting out humbly but confidently to offer our services to Finnish homeowners,” comments CEO Jeremias Peltokorpi.
Väriset’s goal is to provide superior customer experience and raise painting industry standards in Finland.
