It had been nearly 30 years since the Lohja housing company’s last exterior painting. Väriset completed the company’s exterior painting in summer 2025.
The housing company’s board chairman Esko Rasi explains how the exterior surfaces were badly in need of a new coat of paint. The previous exterior painting had been done in 1996.
“Those 30 years since the painting were starting to show—dried and cracked boards. The overall appearance was starting to look a bit shabby.”
The painting work was completed in July–August 2025. Väriset receives praise for efficient communication even before the actual painting project began.

The housing company’s feedback platform, dubbed the “complaint channel,” has been silent.
“We’ve announced that the work is wrapping up, and if there are any issues with the workmanship, come tell us. Not a single comment yet.”
Rasi passes on his thanks to the painters.
“Thanks to the painters! The workmanship is good and precise.”
