Väriset painted a housing company consisting of two semi-detached houses in Järvenpää in the summer of 2024. The successful coating of tile roofs a year earlier built trust in the company.
As Oy Järvenpään Alankotie 29, consisting of four apartments, comprises two residential buildings and three outbuildings. The exterior cladding of the housing company, completed in 2004, was gradually in need of exterior painting. The old paint layer was still in good enough condition that most of it didn’t need to be scraped off.
Väriset performed tile roof cleaning and coating for the same housing company a year earlier.

“Last year’s experience was so good, and the quote for painting the wooden surfaces was such that there was no need to change contractors based on that.”
The painting work was carried out in June by four Väriset painters. In addition to the quality of work, the company receives special praise for up-to-date communication.
