“Went as agreed” – exterior painting of a wooden apartment building in Vantaa

Väriset Oy painted the three beautiful wooden buildings of Asunto Oy Niittykukka in Vantaa in spring 2024.

The three-building wooden apartment complex built in 2011 decided to take care of the exterior cladding maintenance painting now, while the paint surface had not yet deteriorated too much.

“We decided to do it a bit ahead of time,” says the building’s representative and resident Mika Ala-Kauhaluoma.

Red houses in a new look

Väriset painted the building’s yard structure and carport the previous August. In May 2024, it was the turn of the three beautiful houses.

The houses were painted with a new coat of Tikkurila Ultra Classic.

“We’ve been satisfied with the cooperation, everything went as agreed. Last fall the carport and maintenance building were painted, and now as agreed, as soon as spring weather arrived, the main buildings—that also went very smoothly.”

Several Väriset painters worked on the building.
