Painting a house is about much more than paint on the surface. It’s about enhancing the value of your most valuable asset – your home. To maintain and grow that value in Finland’s unforgiving conditions, painting alone is not enough. You need a process that eliminates risk.
The conditions in Finland are exceptional on a global scale: four harsh seasons, freezing temperatures, scorching sun and autumn rains put extreme stress on facades. That’s why we at Väriset don’t rely on chance.
We have developed the L7 Quality Code, which guides everything we do. It’s the only way to guarantee the quality of Coloured: durability and beauty that won’t be blown away by the first autumn storms.
How does the L7 quality code ensure quality?
The L7 Quality Code is not just a slogan, but a strict set of guidelines that we follow before, during and after the project. It’s the reason why we can offer the most comprehensive guarantee on the market for our work.
How the L7 quality code works in practice
1. We get to know the property
We don’t guess. We identify the property’s characteristics in advance with professional eyes and laser measurement precision. Our experience helps us find the best solution for your home.
2. We respect natural conditions
Weather is the most significant variable in painting. We use a time window model (impact of weather conditions) and always work according to the agreed schedule.
3. We use a time window model
to account for the impact of weather conditions on schedules. We don’t promise overly precise timelines so we can stick to the agreed schedule.
4. We communicate
– before, during and after. We report daily on how the work is progressing, because lack of information causes unnecessary stress during the project.
5. You receive an L7 quality certificate
, which is worth keeping for the day when the property goes up for sale, for example. Value shows. Our work includes a warranty of 3+2 years.
6. Our painters
are our company’s most important employees, the number one link in everything we do. All our painters complete L7 quality training. Our foremen’s work is guided by safety, precision, and a value-adding mindset.
7. We recycle
All waste generated from the work is recycled properly, and for example, roof moss ends up in heating plants. Paint residues are collected for hazardous waste disposal by us. (For example, most of the moss from roofs goes to bio-heating plants. All excess paints are delivered for hazardous waste disposal, plastics and metals are recycled.)
Honesty is part of professionalism
Any renovation causes stress for the tenant. Our way to reduce that stress is honesty and anticipation.
There can be little surprises in a painting project: a drop of paint can fall on the window or the start can be delayed because of rain. We’re open about these because a professional doesn’t sweep problems under the carpet, but takes care of them.
- That drop is removed when the paint is dry.
- The start is postponed to ensure a pristine finish – wet paint is not recommended.
We are serious. Our history speaks for itself: 10,000 projects and 4.8 stars on Google. This is the best public proof that the L7 quality code works.
A value that will be seen years later
When the Shades leave the yard, the value of your house is refined. Durability and beauty are ensured by methods that no one else uses.
We are working on a serious issue involving your home. At the end of the project, we want you to be able to say what thousands of other customers have said:
Thank you for the most fun summer job site! We are It Coloured.
